Because doctor lists change frequently, the most reliable way to find respectful, childfree-friendly OB-GYNs who perform bilateral salpingectomies or tubal ligations without age/spousal requirements is to use these vetted, crowdsourced resources:

• Reddit Database: Consult the r/childfree Sterilization Doctors by State Wiki and Part 9 for specific, user-recommended surgeons practicing in Hawaii.
• The TikTok List: Search for the crowdsourced “Tubal List” compiled by OB-GYN advocate Dr. Fran, which includes over 1,500 providers across the US who perform sterilization without lecturing patients over 21.
